We have a sweet little girl that was born end of April that we are looking to find a nanny for starting 7/28. We have a single family home in the Berkeley / Tennyson area of Denver with a great open layout, front and back yards, and is close to multiple parks and a library :) It’s a great, family friendly neighborhood that is great for walks and outdoor activities.
My husband, Garrett, is in real estate and works from home a couple days a week, but is in and out of the house through the day. I am a CEO and business owner that works in office roughly 40-50 hours per week. We are looking for a nanny to love our sweet girl, help her develop over the first year of her life while we work, as well as some meal prep and housekeeping to assist our household operated smoothly as we both work a decent amount and have demanding careers.
We also have a 1 year old Corgi, Trevor, that is very sweet and he is great with baby. He also loves walks and playing outside!
We need help 5 days a week and can guarantee 40 hours as well as a competitive benefits package.

Hello my name is Liz and my daughters name is Caliana , Cali for short she is 2 years old and my son Cyrus is eight. I am looking for someone part-time for an overnight the hours will typically be Sunday from 5 PM to 3 AM and Monday from 8 PM to 3 AM. It’s a pretty laid-back situation driving back-and-forth to the grandparents is getting over whelming and I know the kids want to be able to lay in their in bed . One night consist of meal prep light cleaning to pick up after the kiddos and getting them ready for bed. The other night is pretty much getting them ready for bed and finishing up a movie or game then off to bed with some light picking up . I also have a lab normally I would take her out before I leave to work, but if anything she may just need to go out in the front to use the bathroom one more time and that’s it. She’s very sweet very calm.

We are hoping for a long term nanny that can embrace a changing role as the children grow and schedules evolve. For example, more household management when son is in school and if baby is on solid 2-3 hr naps (eg 2026), or as baby starts to attend school. Less household management for example in the summers.
W-2 via payroll service only. $30 for one child (through Sept/Oct). $33 for two children (beginning Sept/Oct).
Benefits: 10 days (80 hrs) PTO/year and 6 paid sick days for the full time role (~5 days/40 hrs PTO and 3 paid sick days for the part time role) + holidays. Potential to decrease base pay and add pre-tax retirement account contributions if interested.
