A little bit about me
Before nannying, I worked at a daycare where I started in the 2-year-old classroom and eventually became the lead teacher in the 1-year-old room. I also frequently helped with infants, 3-year-olds, and VPK. On top of that, I’ve been babysitting for family and friends for years, so I have experience with a wide range of ages and multiples(from 1 month old to preteens).
I’ve completed the 45-hour DCF training, am CPR and First Aid certified, and have reliable transportation. I’m happy to help with light housekeeping like kids’ laundry, tidying play areas, bottle washing, and vacuuming. I also love supporting children through their developmental milestones whether it’s tummy time for infants, first steps, or early learning activities for toddlers.

A little bit about me
My name is Carly Levin, I am a student at the University of North Florida majoring in Child Psychology with a passion for caring for others and helping children reach their full potential. I have four years of experience as an Assistant Preschool teacher and over five years of experience as a babysitter, where I cared for children from infants to fourteen years old. During my time as an Assistant Teacher, I earned my DCF hours meaning I will be able to provide age and developmentally-appropriate learning activities for children in my care. I am excited to get to know more families in the area and hopefully find a good fit!

How to Hire a Housekeeper Nanny in Jacksonville, FL
On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Jacksonville, FL. Our nanny services include background checks, a hiring agent, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.
Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Jacksonville, FL
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.

A contract provides an excellent opportunity to ensure that everyone is on the same page. By writing out a job offer for your housekeeping nanny position, you’ll create clear expectations for both your family and the housekeeping nanny..
In your housekeeping nanny job offer, you should communicate the responsibilities and compensation. This should be a detailed list focusing on all their responsibilities. We recommend running a background check on the candidates for your housekeeping nanny position at this point. You should provide a job offer that is dependent upon the results of the background check.
When you present your job offer create a safe place for your housekeeping nanny to ask any questions. Once the details are finalized, you can create a contract for your housekeeping nanny. Through the process of creating and discussing the job offer and contract, you’re building the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny where you both can ask questions and hold each other accountable.
