A little bit about me
A little bit about me: I live in the Conway area of Orlando with my husband, two stepsons (ages six and eight) that we have every other week, and our two Cathoula pups. My husband owns his own Carpentry and Remodeling business that we built together about two years ago and when I’m not taking care of little ones (my own or yours!), you can find me helping with remodels and custom Carpentry along with creating farmhouse signs that I sell through my Etsy shop.
I have been a full-time nanny for the past three years after moving back to Florida from going to college for two years at a small private Christian university in Kentucky. I have childcare experience going back to when I first started babysitting at 12 years old. Even as a child I always wanted to take care of the other children. In high school, I taught in a preschool for two years and received early childhood education training. I have extensive experience with newborns/infants as well. I was a nanny to a 9 week old baby girl (6 weeks premature) full time until she was 10 months old and even then I would still keep her during the day or overnight on occasion.
As a parent myself and after doing this for three years, I understand the anxiety of leaving your precious child with someone else. I am here to alleviate any worries you may have so please feel free to ask me any questions. Thank you and I look forward to possibly working with your family!

How to Hire a Housekeeper Nanny in Orlando, FL
On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Orlando, FL. Our nanny services include background checks, a hiring agent, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.
Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Orlando, FL
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.
