A little bit about us

I am looking for care for my 8 month old baby girl Nadia. I am going to be working 7am-7pm on saturdays, however her dad can most likely drop her off at 10/11 am & i'd pick up around 7:30 is roughly what i'm looking for. I am kind of in a hurry to find somebody who I can trust where Nadia is primarily the focus in the home. She also loves other kids & dogs to play with so that's always a plus. I am looking for care to start june 15th.

A little bit about us

Hi! My name is Maggie, and I have 3 fun-loving, easy going sons ages 6, 4 and newborn. We are looking for a full-time nanny starting in June, primarily for my infant son, but during summer break (~8 weeks), my 4 and 6 YOs will be included as well.

This fall, when my 4 year-old will be at part-time pre-K, he would need care as well half the day (1-4pm).

My husband and I work from home full-time so we are looking for a nanny who will look after our newborn (feed, naps, take walks, interact and play). When the 4 and 6 year olds join, they will keep themselves busy but need supervision, lunches, parks, play outside, etc.

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday / 35 hours during the year (9 am - 4 pm). Summer break (July-August): 31 hours per week / half-day Fridays (9 am - 12 pm).

We are a flexible family and want to work together with candidates to find the perfect fit that meets both our needs and expectations.

Please let me know if you are interested and we can discuss in more detail.

Thank you!

A little bit about us

Hi - We’re the Endalews! We are looking for a part time nanny for our daughter (9mos). We prefer someone with previous infant care experience, is comfortable with pets (we have one small dog), is a non- smoker, and has a clean driving record. ~16-19 hrs/week Tues-Fri. Light housekeeping (baby’s laundry, washing bottles, etc).

We both work remote with sporadic in office hours throughout the week so we will be in and out during the day. Looking to hire someone who can engage our daughter in a developmentally appropriate way. If this is you, let’s chat!

A little bit about us

Hello there! Considering this is our first child, we are looking for someone who has cared for newborns before. We are a very fun and energetic couple and hope the nanny can have some fun with our newborn baby boy (as much fun as you can have with a newborn baby ;). We also have a sweet goldendoodle pup named Savannah. She is super sweet!

Having your own transportation is very important to us. Also, we prefer a non-smoker and someone who can be flexible at times.

Thank you!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Cincinnati, OH

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Cincinnati, OH

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Cincinnati, OH? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
