All three kids are in a 5-day weekday school program from 9 AM–2 PM, so this role is a 50% childcare / 50% household support position. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and jumps in.
When the kids are home, the focus shifts to childcare, including infant care, play, meals, school drop-offs/pick-ups, and driving to tutoring, after-school activities, swim, dance, parks, museums, playdates, and other fun outings. If a child is sick, school is closed, or the kids are on break, the schedule and responsibilities will adjust and childcare will become the priority.
Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday approximately 8 AM–11:30 AM & 2–7:30 PM and Friday 8 AM–11:30 AM & 2–5 PM. Flexibility is key! Occasional nights, weekends, and overnights may be needed for work events, school events, date nights, parent travel, or other family needs.
Candidates must have infant/multiple-child experience, current CPR training, U.S. work authorization, excellent references, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle that can safely accommodate three car seats.

We are looking for a great loving nanny for our 3 children in Cypress that we can integrate into our growing family. Have to speak English!
