A little bit about us
Hi! We are a warm, welcoming family in Mount Kisco looking for a caring, proactive, and organized full-time nanny to help care for our four children (ages 6.5, 4.5, 2, and 3 months).
Our home is busy, loving, and very family-oriented. I (mom) am home and run a business, and my husband works partly from home and spends about one week per month at the hospital. We’re looking for someone who can truly become part of our team and help keep things running smoothly.
We would love to find a nanny who is nurturing, confident, energetic, and enjoys working with children at different ages and stages. Someone who takes initiative, communicates openly, and is comfortable in a collaborative environment will thrive with us.
About our kids:
Our 6.5-year-old daughter is sensitive, sweet, and loves crafts and imaginative play
Our 4.5-year-old daughter is energetic, caring, and also very creative
Our 2-year-old son is outgoing, verbal, and loves to be active (he attends a short daily program and still naps)
Our 3-month-old baby boy is the newest addition to our family
What we’re looking for:
Someone who will provide attentive, loving care to all four children
Help with play, learning, and creative activities
Support with daily routines (meals, naps, transitions, and getting to/from activities)
Keep children’s areas organized and help with light child-related tasks
Work alongside us as a team and bring a positive, flexible attitude to our home
We’re really hoping to find someone who will feel like an extension of our family—someone who is kind, dependable, and truly enjoys being around children.
If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to connect!

We would need a nanny for roughly 30 to 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday to match our work schedules. We work from home so there's some flexibility to our schedules. We're happy to help with responsibilities around pick-up and drop-off, and to work out a schedule with the nanny and other parents as needed.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Mount Kisco, NY
If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.
What is an Infant Nanny in Mount Kisco, NY
An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.
Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Mount Kisco, NY? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
