A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Kadedra, and I have a genuine passion for working with children. I pride myself on being nurturing, patient, and dependable, with a strong focus on creating a safe, fun, and structured environment for kids to grow and thrive. A little bit about me

I know being a nanny is different than managing to get 6 infants to sit on the floor long enough for multiple books and songs. Centers do not want the teachers having a personal or professional relationship with the parents. The parent’s relationship with their children has a lot to do with the emotional development of the child. I sound so teacher like but I’m magic with children and I can’t escape it. I find myself thinking of the things parents used to come to me and say.. Even with the most difficult defiant children, I get through to them. One 14 month old was on top a coffee table his mom came in the room. He said “where do your feet belong? On da floor.” She said she laughed so hard her ribs hurt, that he was repeating his teacher. Then he got down. That was a start.
Another little boy, his mother would verify this story..would bang his head on the floor when angry. I got him to use pillow. She raised hell to the next teachers for not being able to get him to use his pillow.
