A little bit about us
Hi! I'm a mother of 4 children. Lyla (9 yo) and twins Abby an&d Hannah (8 yo), and Emmitt (13 months). We live in Atlantic Beach. Currently we have a full time nanny that's been with us for 3 1/2 years. She is excitedly starting her own family so we are looking for a new full time nanny. The hours are generally 45 hours per week. I give her the schedule for the month 2 weeks prior to the start of the new month. The hours are a combination of 10-6pm or 12-8pm Monday-Friday. On rare occasions I may ask for a Saturday or Sunday but usually try a sitter first. We need someone who is willing to travel. We have a house in the Bahamas which we frequent usually once every 2 or 3 months. In the summers we are looking to go out to Colorado for a couple weeks. My husband and I also like to travel without the kids and would need someone willing to spend the night(s) with the kids when we are gone. In addition to taking care of the kids including their meals and bringing them home from school and to other activities or play dates, I need assistance around the house i.e. Grocery shopping, running errands, organizing their closets, tidying the kids playroom etc. We have a cleaning lady that comes 3 days a week so you will never be asked to do cleaning other then the dishes or putting away the kids laundry. The most important thing to me in finding a caregiver is having a great attitude, empathy, and using positive reinforcement (obviously along with their safety). Please let me know if you'd like to chat further about the position.
