A little bit about us

I need someone who can watch my daughter and take care of her in our home while my fiancé and myself are working. I do work from home but my daughter is a climber and has had a few too many accidents for my liking. She is a good baby but she does not talk yet, more so just makes screeching sounds to communicate. I would need someone who is willing to stay in her room with her from 10:30a-2p(ish) mon-thu. If you can get her talking, that would be incredible. We do not really have the finances to pay very much but if you can work with us, we can work with you. If your interested we would like to meet with you a few times and see how you do with her before we can hire you and then go from there. We do have a dog just as a prewarning but she is not allowed in my daughter’s room. My daughter’s primarily consists of playing with her toys, watching Octonauts or shrek, and trying to climb anything and everything. We are first time parents and unfortunately with everything that happens in this world, our trust is very thin and is to be built up before we are willing to let someone take her anywhere without us being able to see or hear, we do have a camera in her room and ask that it is not touched and that her and you stay in there or out front with the swing we have.
We expect that she be treated with kindness and patience. She needs to be changed about every 2-3 hours, given apple juice in the morning and water for the rest of the day, breakfast in the morning (she is very picky but she likes fruit, snacks, waffles, pancakes and a few other things), she usually poops around 12 after she drinks her apple juice, and then for the most part she just does her own thing but we would love if we could find a babysitter/nanny that can read to her, do some arts and crafts, maybe dance with her, teach her to talk, and keep an eye on her.
