A little bit about us

We are a private family based in Miami Beach seeking an exceptional part-time Nanny/House Manager to support the care of our 2-year-old son while maintaining a beautifully organized, high-standard home. The ideal candidate is polished, discreet, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with a calm, professional demeanor and a genuine love of working with young children.
Our son attends school during the day, so the role combines hands-on childcare with household organization and light housekeeping (no deep cleaning, as we have weekly cleaning staff). Core responsibilities include supporting his daily routines, school drop-offs and pick-ups as needed, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and helping maintain a warm, structured environment.
Household responsibilities focus on home presentation and organization: making beds, keeping living areas and playroom tidy, maintaining order in the pantry, entry spaces, and storage areas, and assisting with ongoing home organization projects. The role also includes pet care (walking, feeding, ensuring clean environments, and monitoring supplies) and occasional support with elderly care for a nearby family member.
The regular schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with three weeks of full-time hours while our full-time nanny is on vacation. We are a busy family and may expand hours over time depending on your skills, initiative, and fit.
We are seeking a candidate who understands the standards of a refined private household, operates with maturity and discretion, and takes pride in creating a seamless, well-run environment. Prior experience in high-end private homes or luxury-family settings is strongly preferred.
