This is an after school position 3-6pm with more hours in the summer. Must have reliable transportation and willing to commit for 1 year.
Overseeing and nurturing 2 incredible boys in the afternoon, thus enabling mom the grace to finish her work day, changing lives with amazing people
afternoon car pool pick up 3pm and all things entailed with the fun of boys after school
guiding them through homework and prep for next school day (snacks, water bottle, uniform)
feeding them after 1.school snacks and 2.dinner before leaving 3. stocking the pantry & fridge weekly, as needed
light wash/laundry weekly, as needed

Key Responsibilities
Childcare Duties (approx. 50% of the role):
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children
Engage children in fun and educational activities, promoting their development and creativity
Prepare meals and snacks for the children, ensuring their dietary needs are met
Support with children’s daily routines, including dressing, hygiene, and rest time
Help with light homework or educational activities for older children
Maintain a calm and positive environment, setting boundaries and guiding children as needed
Housekeeping Duties (approx. 50% of the role):
Clean and maintain the house
Perform laundry and folding duties for the family, including linens and clothing
Organize and ensure the home remains tidy and clutter-free
Help with meal prep and kitchen organization, ensuring it remains clean and sanitary
Previous experience in housekeeping and childcare is preferred
Ability to engage children in developmentally appropriate activities
Experience in light housekeeping and maintaining a tidy, organized home
Strong communication skills with both children and parents
Ability to work independently and take initiative to maintain a clean, organized home
A genuine love for children and nurturing their growth in a safe, happy environment
Driving ability is a plus but not required
Must be flexible with working hours and duties
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
