A little bit about us

We need a nanny M-F from about 3:30-6:30pm. Must be very responsible and reliable! We have 3 boys (9, 5, and 18 months). It would be extremely rare/a special request to watch all 3 alone, but 2 at a time would be typical. A key responsibility will be picking up our 5 yr old from PreK at 3:30 pm and 9 yr old from elementary. We would want you to keep them active, work with them on homework, and prepare dinner. Nanny would also clean dishes and tidy up main floor and their bedrooms daily, as time permits. One of us will pickup the youngest between 5 and 5:30 and at least one parent will join with activities and dinner. Our 9 yr old is high energy, clever, creative, and can need the most attention, at times. The best fit is someone who can keep up with young kids, is upbeat, and has a lot of patience/flexibility to work through any challenging behaviors. Experience with ADHD and/or kids with autism is helpful. There is the opportunity to pickup more hours on days the boy(s) are out of school, home sick, weekends, and summer break.
