A little bit about us

We are looking for a patient and energetic nanny for our 3 children, aged 2, 5, and 7 in Minneapolis. The position entails providing the children with a language immersion experience after school through guided play, reading, household chores and meal preparation, and outdoor activities. Our 2-year-old will be in a toddler program two days a week in the fall, so we would like some additional time spent with her for 2-3 hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during the day between 10 and 2 if possible. The timing is flexible. Mom is a stay at home parent so we would need someone comfortable working in the home with one or both parents present. The children will begin piano lessons in the fall, so someone with experience playing piano is a plus. Experience with teaching in a Waldorf setting is also a plus. Because this position is somewhat untraditional, we need a person who is creative and able to self direct. Our preferred start date is August 3rd, 2020 but we are flexible.
