Start Date - ASAP, ideally would like someone to be with us at least until June 2028, potentially longer if the arrangement is working well
Schedule - I work one week on, one week off Tues-Tues so a two week period would look like this:
Mon: 8:15a - 2p, Tues-Fri: 8:15a-6p
Mon: 8:15-6p, Tues 8:15a-2p, Wed: OFF Thurs: 8:15a-10:30a, Fri: OFF
for a total of 63hrs/2weeks. Guaranteed Hours. Intermittent add on hours if your schedule permits for doctor’s appointments which would be communicated far in advance
Requirements: CPR certified, non-smoker/vaper, comfortable with dogs and cats (border collie and a cat in the house), safe vehicle with clean driving record, experience with this age, 2 references, fluent English speaker. Background check will be conducted
Preferences: experience with multiples or multiple babies of the same age, experience with transition from milk to solids
Day to Day: We would like our boys to have the chance to go to parks, libraries, Sea Life, Romp & Roll etc. We want someone who will engage with them during play, make it educational, with the main focus on fun and movement. Read to them, create developmentally appropriate activities/games for them, work on language development, potentially potty training if we get there, etc.
Responsibilities: boys well-being comes first but then loading and unloading bottle washer, prepping and cleaning up baby food, baby laundry, general tidiness of play room and toys.
Benefits: guaranteed 63 hours/2 wks, 10 days PTO, main holidays off, flexible schedule on the week I am off work, gas card for activities
