A little bit about us

Looking for a reliable Part-Time Nanny for 2-Year-Old (North Bismarck)

About Our Family:
Hi there! We are a professional family living just 5 miles north of the North Bismarck Walmart. We are looking for a dependable, nurturing part-time nanny to join our home and support our 2-year-old daughter. Since we both work full-time (I work from home), we are looking for someone extremely reliable who can offer consistency to our routine.
The Role:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. This schedule is an ideal fit for a local college student seeking consistent morning hours.
Core Responsibilities: Engaging, interactive, screen-free play. We deeply value an environment that prioritizes active, hands-on learning rather than digital entertainment.
Household Support: During our daughter’s nap time—which typically occurs in the afternoon but can vary—we would appreciate help with light housekeeping tasks (such as dishes, dusting, and laundry) to help our home run smoothly.
What We Are Looking For:
Dependability: We need someone who is punctual and treats this position as a committed responsibility.
Values: A nanny who shares our commitment to a screen-free home environment and understands the importance of gentle, attentive care.
Logistics: No driving of the child is required for this role.
If you are a student or a caregiver who loves toddlers and is looking for a structured, steady morning schedule, we would love to hear from you! Please reach out to chat if you are interested.

A little bit about us

We are looking for a second nanny/respite care to help our two daughters stay busy with games and activities on the weekends and occasionally during the week where possible when our 1st nanny is unavailable. I work from home so hours are flexibile. Our girls are ages 6 and 8. Our oldest is diagnosed with autism and has many goals she needs help reaching. She is verbal but not fully conversational or independent for her age but she is very sweet and gentle. She needs assistance using the bathroom and expressing her needs. Keeping her busy with play and learning activities keeps her much happier. We need someone who is energetically playful and confident in helping her engage in learning new skills even when she doesn't want to or is not focusing. Creativity in constantly making up new ways to play is a must. We need someone with patience who is not afraid to "parent" with authority (keep our youngest in check.) Play therapy training is part of the job along with some help with homework.

We are a family who loves Jesus and serves the Lord. We love natural health and books. Our girls LOVE their stuffed animals and taking them on many adventures! It is important to us that our nannies are of godly influence, encouraging them to love like Jesus and honor God with their behavior. We have about eight to nine hours of paid respite hours available each week. Pay is $24/hour.
