The perfect person also loves babies/kids, is kind, trustworthy, interested in creating a learning environment for our daughter, and can commit for at least one year. A flexible schedule is very much appreciated!
Until June 2023, I usually need someone (tentatively):

July 2023 and on, I will likely need someone M-F 8:30am to 6pm but we can discuss at a later time.
Our daughter is 1 years old, walking and very active. She is a VERY happy and loves to joke around. She loves to love :) She is babbling a lot and she really wants to speak, so would be wonderful if you can help with that. We are also teaching her baby sign and would like you to continue with that work as well. She is most happy (and so are we) when she is kept on her routines.
