A little bit about us
About us: Chad is a professional drummer and beer brewer. I am a licensed behavior analyst. We are very laid back people and looking for someone that we can trust and that can become part of our family.
About the role: I work from home so will be needing assistance with the little sprout while I am in Zoom meetings. Tuesday-Friday 9am-2pm, and occasional weekends if possible!
Ideally, if we nanny share we would prefer to drop our little off at someone's home; simply because our place is pretty small and since i work from home, it would be a bit of a crowd in here!
We are open to having nanny in home as well if it's the right fit. In this case; We have 2 dogs that are super loving. Nanny would not be required to care for them, though they should not be scared of dogs since these guys will sit right on your lap without thinking twice. Light cleaning/ helping around the house (cleaning up after baby, baby laundry, some dishes etc).

A little bit about us
I have two boys but need a nanny only for the younger, age 3. I need someone for January-April on, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The time would be from 7:20am-4:30pm. I am looking for a nanny share situation, preferably at least one of the days based at my home. I would prefer someone with experience, a background check, and a driver's license. My little 3 year old is a sweet little guy, but also has some behavioral issues that we are currently starting therapy for. Nothing serious, he just has big feelings! He also has a hard time in large groups, and being away from Mom and Dad. It often takes him a while to warm up to new people and situations, which means I need someone positive and patient who can work with him. Basically I need someone who is comfortable working with a somewhat emotional toddler!
