A little bit about us
My husband and I are looking for someone assertive and attentive when it comes to child-rearing. We are very easy going and don't want to be a part of the drama. We need a Nanny who is the same. You must be able to handle yourself professionally at all times and not escalate situations. Pet-peeves include talking too much, disorganization, messy, anxious, and clingy people
I need someone who counters my own short comings. I need someone highly organized and takes initiative. I need to learn how to raise a productive, happy and independent child. I'm working on figuring that out and I need someone who will do the same with me. I want educational skills and expansion to be a part of your journey. We want someone who is kind and soft-spoken, when it comes to dealing with the parents. The same is not expected when it comes to our child. You must be firm and an authority all while fostering mutual care, support, and respect.
Pickup and drop off from school sometimes. Cook meals for our son and occasionally help with Family meals. Light house keeping work.
You must be discrete and non-judgemental. I never want to feel judged in my own home. We are fair and will provide proper compensation. You will be a member of our household and that should make you feel honored.
Requirements:
Speak English fluently
3 years of experience
Valid Driver's license
Light cooking
Light housekeeping
skills: clean neat freak, cooking skills needed but nothing advanced
we live by the ocean and strong swimming skills are important
being tech-savvy would be nice but not mandatory.
