We are interested in a long-term (part-time for now), CPR/First Aid Certified, 3 Years + Experience, respectful, influential, and trust-worthy caregiver who will act more as a mentor for our 1 year old and 2 year old.
1. Must tend to the basic needs of the children while providing supervision ensuring the children’s safety. 2. Must engage in age-appropriate activities-including interdisciplinary curriculum, free play, arts and crafts, games, sports, imagination, reading, and anything that encourages the children’s intellectual development, critical thinking, and confident self expression. 3. Model appropriate social behaviors to encourage children’s social and emotional development, such as developing empathy and cultivating interpersonal relationships. 4. Instruct the children to Potty Training & proper health and personal care habits. 5. Teach children safe behavior based on environmental context; for example, seek adult assistance to cross the street. 6. Perform housekeeping tasks related to the children’s care (preparing and cooking Kids meals, kids laundry, & etc). 7. Strong Communication Skills. 8. Pass background check. 10. Trainings and Certifications Such as First Aid, Infant/Child CPR, Early Childhood Education. 11. Toddlers & Pre School/Toddler Care Experience (problem solving skills). 12. LOVE OF CHILDREN & ACTIVE LISTENING. 13. Multi-lingual English & Spanish, and/or etc. 14. Other Abilities and Talents, Including Performing/Visual Arts, Swimming, Sports, and Etc
