My kids are 5(M), 3(F), and 2 week old twin girls. The 5yo is in full day school, but the 3yo is home 2 days of the week and every afternoon.
I'm looking for someone to watch the newborns while I do school drop off in the morning and preschool pickup around 11:30. Meal prep/ housework would not be every day, just as needed.
We're a tight-knit family and introducing someone outside of family is a big deal, so we want to ensure the right fit for our crew.

Our son is 2.5 and is very active and love to feed and be part of the ranch with us. We would love to keep it that way yet not keep him in the feed truck for 6 hours a day everyday. Life in the ranch is 7 days a week. And hours would very on the season and time of year.
