Children are two girls, oldest turning three in June 2024 and youngest turning one in July 2024. Oldest attends daycare full-time and youngest will begin attending full-time in January 2025. Mother is presently on maternity leave and wishes to return to work on part-time or full-time basis this spring or summer once appropriate childcare arrangements are made. Father works from the family home.
Until January 2025, parents require part-time or full-time care for youngest child. Beyond that, parents require part-time help with children's morning and post-daycare routines as well as occasional daytime, evening, or overnight care.
Work schedule and start date are flexible. Location is our family home in Greely. Family also has one dog, a very friendly and energetic Golden Retriever that usually attends daycare of his own.

A little bit about us
About us: My mother lives with us and runs our home — she's wonderful, and the right person here will work alongside her, taking direction from her with warmth and respect. We're a Filipino-Canadian household with a loving, easy vibe. Our kids are bright, kind, and easy to be around. Family is everything to us, and the person who joins us becomes part of how we hold things together.
The role:
Morning (~1.5 hrs): home pickup, drive the kids to school, drop off
Afternoon (~2–2.5 hrs): school pickup, drive home, help with snack, light tidying related to the kids (their lunch dishes, putting away shoes and coats, that kind of thing), and whatever my mother needs help with that day
Summer: same shape, but to and from day camp
Total: ~20 hrs/week, school days only
Who we're looking for:
Own reliable car, clean driving record, comfortable driving kids
Calm, patient, warm energy — our daughter is sensitive and thrives with steady, gentle adults
Happy taking direction from my mother (she's the heart of our home)
Vulnerable sector check, references
Comfortable with a split-shift schedule — could be a great fit if you're a student with daytime classes, a parent with school-age kids of your own, or semi-retired looking for structured part-time hours
