Florence will need someone to play with her and help with her development. We would like for you to help with her laundry and washing bottles. Her mom will still nurse her during the day and help with naptime.

Someone who is flexible would be great, my husband is usually home by 3 but sometimes as late as 3:15-3:30. I do have a friend who can watch her one day a week, but if her son is ill or she has other things come up I'll need a back up, and vice versa!
