Hi. We are Carrie and Lindsey, and we are in search for the perfect, long term match for someone to watch our 13 month old son in our home. We start early, so 6 am at our house is pretty set in stone. As are Wednesday's and Friday's until the end of the year. Other random days and date nights are possible. Experience and references a must. Must be active and enthusiastic about our sons development while caring for him.
A nanny share would be great if at our house due to the 6am. Even if you only needed 8am-4 it could work. We are walking distance to ketring park, the Littleton museum, the library and downtown Littleton. Contact me and let's chat:)
I really don't want more than two extra kids here and of course the Nanny pay rate goes up with the number of children. Which will be discussed at a later date:)
We have a great playroom, AND a finished basement to safely hang out in. We have a sandbox with a sun protector and a small baby pool.

We are looking for someone to fill a spot in our existing nanny share. The little boy that’s currently coming has finally gotten a spot in daycare with his older sister so his family is transitioning him there.
✅About the opening:
-available to start Tuesday, August 2nd
-We currently utilize our nanny on Tuesdays and Thursdays from about 7:30-5 (these are the days we cannot be home and the days that our nanny is able to commit to) so are looking for someone who is seeking that same schedule.
-We are located in Highlands Ranch at about Quebec & Lincoln. Our home is located within walking distance to a few parks/playgrounds, in a safe neighborhood. We also have outdoor toys (swing, slide, sprinkler, kiddie pool) and a wagon for our kids to enjoy on hot summer days!
-we have an enclosed play area that is safe for our kids to explore independently, filled with toys, books, etc that we rotate monthly to keep them fresh
-you will bring your kiddo to our home along with any diapers, wipes, clothing, food, etc. needed for our nanny to be able to best care for your little one
-we will work together to establish boundaries for when our kids are sick, nanny is sick, planned vacations, etc.
-we have nanny cams that allow us to see the playroom and living room (which also offers a bit of a view into the kitchen/eating area)
-we have a pack n play, white noise machine, black out curtains and video baby monitor set up in our guest room for your little one to nap peacefully
✅About our nanny:
Our nanny’s name is Jaclyn. She is naturally gifted when working with children, is TBRI and CPR certified and first aid trained. She is genuine and a strong communicator. My son warmed up to her right away!
✅About you:
We are hoping to find someone with a child of similar age (our son is about 13.5 months), who is communicative and open, can also commit to Tuesdays/Thursdays consistently and long-term.
If this sounds like you, please reach out and let’s chat!
