A little bit about us

We are looking for someone to begin in August/September at our home. I'm pregnant and due 4/8/22 with my second baby girl. I'll be taking about 5 months off of work and then going back to work perhaps in mid-August or early September. My mother and mother in law have offered to watch the new baby 2 days a week so we need someone 3 days a week (9am-5pm) or we could make 2 days a week work if necessary. My mother and mother in law are both retired so their schedules are very flexible so whoever we hire can pick the days that works for them, we'd just ask that they'd be the same days for the sake of consistency (and so we are not juggling schedules too much) or just a week or so notice if there needs to be a change in days. We also have a 3 year old daughter but she is in full-time preschool at Montessori until 3 p.m., and we can arrange her transportation home separately so that the new baby doesn't have to be packed up and put in the car to pick her up. Our 3 YO would be home from around 3:15 p.m. and 5 p.m. so she would just need a snack and is able to otherwise play with her toys independently. She would also be home on days her school is closed (i.e. school breaks).
