Looking specifically: Non Violent Communication, Gentle/Indigenous, Montessori, Discipline (NOT punishment) approached parenting/nannying.
We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse, spanking, neglect. We would prefer someone who speaks multiple languages who can speak with the kids.
Looking for someone educated who’s background reflects whole brain theory child raising - stage by stage learning & processing.
My husband & I have two tri-racial, energetic, sweet, fun loving babies. We are looking for someone to help with food prep, meal serving, cleanup, diaper changes, playtime, nap time, bedtime, etc.
Someone with experience & loads of patience - again, no punishment. We DO NOT do time outs, blame or shame, hitting, spanking, etc.
We have three fur-mates at home - a dog & 2 cats. All 3 are sweet & fun loving. Beta fish is cool too!
We own our home & their rooms are chalk-full of art supplies and toys. We have lots of outdoor fun activities as well as parks, theme parks,& more to attend in the event we grow to trust you taking them on further excursions.
We are a non-tabaco smoking home & would prefer no cigarettes. We also do not drink or have alcohol in the home; & will expect our nanny to be sober of alcohol while working with our children.
We are not religious but we have a bunch of crystals in the house, w/ good smelling candles & essential oils which burn from time to time. We do not have a religious preference for our child to be taught.
We are a trilingual home so you will see American Sign Language & hear Japanese as well as English from us & our children.
Our home is kept clean. We leave our shoes at the front door.
My husband & I are musicians so you may occasionally hear singing or music being played in the home.
We have two TVs with subscriptions for Disney+, HBOMax, Netflix, Peacock, Paramount, etc - but ONLY parent approved G or PG movies or shows! (Y-Y7)
We look forward to meeting you!
Thank you!
