There also may be a day Id need you longer hours 7a-12 noon, and maybe you can help me take the kids to the pool! I just need an extra set of hands so badly. The kids can quickly wreck the house, so id like this person to help keep things clean while they watch the kids (if they play with a toy, put it away, if they eat something, clean up afterwards).
We are looking for this person to become our babysitter until our kids are old enough to watch themselves which isn't for many years. We are hoping that this person will grow with our family and become a part of! We need someone who will have fun and play with our three young children while watching them closely to be sure they are always safe. We would like this person to be CPR certified as we both are.
We would like this person to watch our children in our home and have their own transportation.
Our kids are fun, loving, and our world! I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works in the hospital. We are hoping we find the perfect fit!

I would need some help during the day when I’m out Mon - Fri from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm except for Thursday. It might change depending on my work schedule.
Nanny will be responsible for taking care of my baby boy. Since the baby is a newborn, I expect the nanny to be very careful, cautious, gentle, and clean. Most of the time, the Nanny will need to feed, change diapers, and watch baby sleep. Others will be light chores.
I hope to find a Nanny who is responsible, knows how to take care of babies, and love her job.

Evelyn is 4, she is pretty good about bedtime, but is really smart and likes to try to find ways to compromise or argue her way out of bedtime. She is sweet, but she may find it hard with a change like a babysitter. Evelyn can be a picky eatery sometimes, but she is branching out lately and trying new foods.
Clarke is 1 year and 2 months. She's started trying to climb. She really isn't a picky eater. She sometimes fights sleep, but we are working towards getting her away from rocking to sleep, and there are some nights where she goes to sleep entirely on her own with minimal to no rocking.
We have two dogs and a cat. They normally each get a scoop of food at night. Then, potty out the back door (the backyard is fenced in) and then Billie (the sheltie) goes into her crate. Minimal requirements for the animals.
