This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with school-age kids, can balance fun with structure, and takes pride in keeping a household running smoothly.
Monday–Friday
Approx. 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM (some flexibility appreciated)
Occasional later evenings or school-closure days a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities
Childcare
• School pickup and safe transportation to activities or home
• Supervising homework and school projects
• Engaging the kids in fun, active, and creative play (indoors and outdoors)
• Preparing simple, healthy snacks and occasional light dinners for the kids
• Helping maintain routines (unpacking backpacks, organizing school items, etc.)
Household Support (while kids are occupied)
• Light tidying of common areas and kids’ spaces
• Kids’ laundry (as needed)
• Loading/unloading dishwasher
• Meal prep support (chopping veggies, basic prep)
• Keeping backpacks, sports gear, and school items organized
This is not a deep-cleaning role — more of a second set of hands to keep the household flowing smoothly during busy afternoons.

• Dependable and consistently on time
• Warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys kids
• Organized and proactive — sees what needs to be done
• Comfortable managing two kids with different needs and personalities
• Confident setting gentle but clear boundaries
• A safe driver with a clean driving record
Requirements
• Prior childcare or nanny experience with school-age children
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Non-smoker
