A little bit about us

Looking for an on-call nanny for our soon to be 9 month old son. He currently has a sitter, however, there are days when they may not be available and we need a back up. We might also need someone who would be able to work some evenings on the weekend. Responsibilities would be just meeting the baby's needs (i.e. feeding, diaper changes, play time, napping, soothing, changing clothes, etc.)

A little bit about us

Cal (4) and Cosi (2) are fun loving energetic kids who dance, play and love movies and snacks. They go to preschool from 8-3 and may need some help with pickup and drop off. Our work schedules are variable and sometimes necessitate help at odd hours. While the schedule is not always the same we have a month of notice so should be able to plan well ahead.
General responsibilities would be direct child care, carpool when shifts overlap with school pickup drop off, dinner prep when shifts through the evening, as well as bathtime/bedtime routine.
We do have a pet but "pet care" responsibilities would be limited to feeding and letting outside in evening as needed.
In evening hours if children are in bed some general dishes for the kids/pickup of the toys would be helpful!

*GET PAID TO SLEEP!*

Hey there! I’m Rachel, I’m a single mom living in the St. Roch neighborhood. I work overnight so I’m looking for someone to simply stay with my two-year-old while she sleeps.

Currently, I’m seeking someone available for 1-4 nights, every other week, from evening to early morning. Hours can vary depending on your availability-I’m flexible! Both weekday and weekend availability work for me. If you’re a good fit, we can discuss your availability and nail down a schedule that works for us both!

Responsibilities would include tending to my daughter if she wakes up in the night (changing her pull-up, getting her some water, texting me if she’s sick, etc.). She typically goes right back down if she wakes up, but she usually sleeps the whole night through so for the most part, you just have to hang out/sleep in the other room! (I have sleeping accommodations.)

I’ll already have my daughter in bed so you can go straight to sleep once you’re here or hang out and watch tv. Totally up to you! I’ll pay $100 each night you stay over. We can also discuss an hourly rate for her awake hours, if any.

A good fit for us is someone responsible, dependable, trustworthy, and most importantly someone who loves children. Even though she’ll be sleeping, I want her to feel comforted if she wakes in the night. You must also be cat friendly! I have three fur babies but they’ll most likely keep to themselves while you’re here. You must have your own means of transportation, provide 2-3 references and pass a background check.

If you’re interested please reach out so we can chat. I look forward to hearing from you!
