A little bit about us

Looking for a nanny share starting in Feb in Arlington MA for a 2 month old baby boy. We are active, have two dogs (no cats, we have severe cat allergies so can't do a nanny share with a family that has cats unfortunately), and are looking for an experienced, reliable, kind, caring, energetic and engaging nanny and share family that believe in getting out and about, no screens, developmentally appropriate environment for little ones to learn and grow. We are looking for a family and nanny that are fully vaccinated (incl. Covid for those age eligible) and health conscious. A nanny that likes to do things with the children, and looks for fun local activities to participate in with the kids would be the best fit for our family. Ideally the nanny would be open to taking the pups out on walks with the kids and taking on some basic housekeeping duties if the nanny share would be at our house (which it does not have to be.) Billingual is a plus but not required (ideally spanish or italian), but a clean driving record, own transportation, ability to communicate effectively in english, cpr/aed/safe sleep trained, etc. are all required. (We are a two mom family in case that matters.) Ideally we'd be looking for a relationship that would last for a few years.
