A little bit about us
Our daughter is a sweet, curious toddler who thrives with gentle structure, attention, and nurturing care. She’s at a stage where she’s learning quickly, so we really value someone who will actively engage with her—through talking, reading, play, and age-appropriate learning activities—while also making sure she feels safe, supported, and loved.
The schedule we’re considering is at least 3 times a week/ 3 hours, and we’re happy to discuss flexibility if needed.
Your primary role would be caring for her—this includes her safety, daily routine (meals, learning, playtime), and supporting her development in a thoughtful and engaging way. We’re looking for someone who naturally incorporates learning into everyday moments and encourages positive behavior with patience and kindness.
In addition, we would appreciate some light household support related to her care, such as tidying up her play areas, cleaning up after meals, organizing her things, and occasionally helping with small, simple tasks that keep her environment calm and structured.
More than anything, we’re hoping to find someone who feels like a natural, positive presence in our home—someone dependable, warm, and attentive.
Looking forward to getting to know you!

We currently have an almost 3 year old girl that is cared for in home by my mother when she is not in school, but will have a new addition to the family in August. Starting in January through May '24, we will be looking for part-time help in-home 3 days per week for the baby from about noon to 4p .
The days would be Tu, Th, Fr- while my mom picks up our 3 year old from school. This would be perfect for a college student or someone with a few extra hours on their hands during the day. We look forward to hearing from you!
