We rely a lot on her cues for her naps and wake windows and feed her every 2-3 hours.
Care would be from the time I leave for work until when my husband gets home from work, 11am-4pm Mon/Wed and 9am-4pm Tues/Thurs (about 24 hours/week).
My husband is a carpenter, so he occasionally has days off due to extreme weather (rain, snow, heat) and on those days he will be home and we will not need care.
We do have 2 dogs, but they will be kenneled during the day.

Our Nanny should also be able to balance the need for fun with the requirements of maintaining a structured routine. A typical weekend schedule will often involve a 8:30 or 9 am to 5 pm shift on Saturdays, and Sundays from 10 am to 7 pm. However, flexibility and availability for some variations on these hours may be required.
