Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant — Spanish Lake

Hi! I’m Ella, and my family lives in Spanish Lake. My husband and I run a growing small business and are looking for a kind, dependable, energetic, experienced Nanny / Family Assistant to become part of our family.

We have three energetic children: a 4-year-old girl, 1-year-old boy, and 4-month-old boy. They enjoy reading, crafts, outdoor play, singing, learning, and helping cook.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, approximately 9 AM–5/6 PM
Benefits: PTO + paid major holidays
Start: Paid one-week trial

Our children always come first. We want someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with them—not someone who spends the day on their phone.

Responsibilities include:

* Attentive care for all 3 children
* Planning fun, educational activities
* Early learning, songs, crafts, and reading
* Preparing nutritious meals/snacks
* Infant care and potty-training help
* Transportation to activities/appointments
* Children’s laundry and organizing their spaces
* Dishes, light cleaning, and organization as time allows
* Occasional groceries/errands

We generally do not allow screen time unless approved.

Our oldest is bright, independent, and strong-willed. We need someone loving and nurturing who can confidently maintain boundaries. Open communication and flexibility are important, as our business can make plans change quickly.

Potential availability for Friday date nights a few times per month and family travel is a plus.

Requirements: Childcare experience with infants/toddlers; reliable vehicle; valid driver’s license; non-smoker; references; background check; and comfort transporting children. CPR/First Aid preferred.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about our children’s health, happiness, safety, and development and wants to become a trusted part of our family.

If interested, please message me with your experience, availability, and a little about yourself!
