Every now and then there may be an extra night were i would need a baby sitter but i would let you know ahead of time also if its a day school is closed for the kids i may need you to babysit just for the hours while i am in school.
Sorry if this schedule sounds a little confusing but if you have any questions feel free to ask.
To make it look a little easier i basically need someone
Monday-6am-8am (school drop off)
Tuesday-6am-8am(school drop off)
Tuesday-Wednesday 6pm-8am (babysit overnight and drop off at school in the morning)
Occaisonally other 12hr nights.
Ocassionally days kids do not have school.
Pay is to be discussed and neogotiable. I would rather pay a flat rate vs hourly since nightshift days the kids would be sleeping half the time.

My wife works from home and would be around for any issues or questions, but is on the phone a lot which is why we need someone to keep an eye on the kids. The kids are pretty easy kids and we are very easy going people.
