I would like this individual to have a snack ready for the kids to have once they get off the bus at 3:30, have them get playtime away from technology to relax after school (really looking for someone fun who will go out and ride bikes or play sports with them outside at our large park across from our house- sometimes other kids come out to play too!) and then make sure they read 30 minutes and do parts of their weekly school homework sheets.
We only one child home on Wednesday due to another sport after school so it would be wonderful if this individual could make basic dinner meals twice a week for the kids to eat around 5-5:30 on T and Th while the kids are reading each day and if time permits would be a huge help to have this individual be able to fold up all of their clean laundry I wash and help get it back into their bedrooms and help keep the kids “stuff” that they get out to play with put back up.
I do have a 13 pound older dog that likes to just be pet and acknowledged but otherwise leaves you alone. He does need to be let out to pee in the backyard when you get there. He has potty pads in the house but normally doesn’t use them much during the day if let out more often (super simple to deal with I promise!)
Overall looking for someone wonderful to engage with my kids who is warm, kind, engaging, but also appropriately ensure -with patience and helpfulness - that the kids transition as well to get homework done!
