A little bit about us
We are looking for someone who can help care for Atlas 3 days per week, primarily on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, with hours generally ranging from 9 AM–5 PM. We also have two dogs who would simply need to be let outside in our backyard throughout the day.
Beyond finding someone who can provide excellent care, we really value trust, communication, and building a genuine relationship with our nanny. We don’t want this to feel like it’s simply a job or transactional arrangement. We want to find someone we feel comfortable trusting with Atlas and who feels comfortable communicating openly with us. We hope to build a long-term relationship where our nanny feels like a valued part of our family and where we can work together to make sure Atlas is happy, safe, and well cared for.
We would also love to find someone who is occasionally available for a couple of date nights each month, typically for just a few hours in the evening. This would give us the opportunity to spend some time together while also allowing Atlas to become comfortable and familiar with someone we trust.
Our goal is to find someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies, is dependable and communicative, and is looking to build a meaningful, trusting relationship with our family—not simply clock in and out of a job.
