Typical days/hours are random days and mostly during evenings and sleeping hours. late. Mom works night shifts and out of the house from 6pm-8am 3 days per week. Dad works rotating shifts, each day of the week is different.
Responsibilities include:
Pickup from school bus stop a few doors down. No screen time. Preparing and serving dinner. Bedtime routine, monitoring showers/baths. Each child is capable of self care and dressing but needs monitoring to stay on task. Our youngest struggles with bladder problems and wears and pull-up. She needs frequent prompts to toilet and change her pull-up. She also needs frequent quick baths or bottom rinses (morning, lunch/after school, before bed). These rinses are not always necessary and she is able to do wash herself. Administering melatonin chewable tablets. Dinner at 5pm. Wind down at 6pm. In bed asleep by 7:30pm. 7:30pm - parent arrival, just hold down a safe quiet fort or complete household chores for additional earnings.

A little bit about us
I would only need a sitter/nanny on Wednesdays and Fridays each week. I work two different shifts it would be either 7:45am-6:00pm or 8:45-8:00pm in Franklin, TN. I receive my schedule 1 month in advance to notify you on the times.
I would prefer in my home if possible. I would need my 8 month old picked up by 4:30pm from daycare, and my 7 year old would need to be picked up from Boys and Girls Club. The daycare, club, and my home are all within a close distance so you wouldn’t have to drive far.
I do have a dog in my home but she does have her own cage and she is very friendly. She would just need to be given food, and water and let out occasionally to use the bathroom. She is trained.
With all that being said I would just need a few hours in the afternoon until I can get home to my girlies.💗
Thank You😊
