Our 4 year old is at school 3 days a week. We’re considering hiring a part nanny on Mondays + Wednesdays (when he doesn’t have school) from sometime between 7-9am to 3pm, and then a few hours any night or weekday (just like 3 hours when parents can hang without also working.)

Laura (mama) designs jewelry and Scott (dada) is in HR. I (Laura) have a somewhat flexible schedule but ideally I can have someone help with Soren 3 days a week. Preferably Tuesday-Thursday 9am-4pm.
He’s a pretty easy kid but he’s active. Even more now that he’s learning to walk. We also have 2 dogs that don’t require much care but if they can be let out to potty once during the day I’m sure they’d appreciate it. I’d like for our care provider to help with his laundry, dishes, and picking up after him throughout the shifts. Cooking some meals for him would also be great. He doesn’t get any screen time other than when dada watches sports.
