Family Assistant / Nanny-House Manager — San Francisco

We're a busy SF family in Noe Valley with two sweet and curious kids (2nd grade and TK) looking for a warm, organized, and reliable family assistant to join our household. This is a hybrid role — part nanny, part house manager — and the right person will be equally comfortable helping with homework and handling a grocery run.

Spanish fluency is required. Our kids speak Spanish and all interaction with them should be in Spanish. Native-level fluency only, please.

Schedule: ~20 hours/week base, roughly 4:30–8:30pm weekdays. Flexibility to stay late as needed and occasional weekend hours and eventually occasional overnights.

Responsibilities:

Kids (primary — all in Spanish):

• School pickup between 5-6pm
• Afterschool activities, homework help, and imaginative and art play
• Prepare lunch and dinner for the kids
• Bathtime and bedtime routine (kids in bed by 8pm)

Household (~5 hrs/week):

• Laundry
• Grocery shopping
• Light organization and household errands

Bonus — more hours available if you love to cook:

• Preparing family meals would be a big plus and could expand your hours

What we're looking for:

• Native Spanish speaker — this is a firm requirement
• Experience with school-age children
• Warm, patient, and great with kids
• Organized and proactive
• Must have a reliable car
• Non-smoker
• Legal to work in the US

Compensation: $30–35/hr DOE
