Description: Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle our home routine. Main duties: full vacuuming, deep cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, floors), laundry (wash, sort, fold, iron), and light organizing.
Child care is important but not primary since mom stays home. The occasional 30–120 min toddler watch (playtime, nap, snacks) while we step out for appointments or other tasks. This role may grow with time.
• Schedule: 6–10 hours/week (flexible, maybe 2–3 days)
• Pay: $26–$32/hour (based on experience)
• Start: Soon, interview and paid trial day required
• Must-haves: Clean background, good with laundry/ironing, caring, attention to detail, energetic, no drama.
We are easy going but with high expectations. Somewhat flexible. Busy with work and our growing (!) family. Looking for someone who can be with us for years.
