We have a peaceful parenting approach and are looking for someone who is familiar with and able to keep the continuity of our parenting style.
We are willing to pay extra for someone with early childhood education background who can incorporate play based education into the day.
We love to be outdoors/active and need someone who enjoys getting the kids outdoors in all weather. Favorite pastimes include: playing in the dirt, riding the balance bike, climbing, hiking, meeting new friends, reading time at the library, arts and crafts, cooking, reading, dancing and singing in the kitchen.
We don't have set days or hours so it's difficult to give a good idea of specific needs without chatting on the phone or in person. We'll need someone who is comfortable with pick ups and drop offs as our oldest has school on some days. Need to be comfortable with healthy meal prep (as few processed foods as possible), and cleaning up after the kids (better yet, teaching the kids to clean up after themselves).
We also have a dog who loves to be part of the family.
We are looking for someone ASAP, but, more importantly, we are looking for the right fit.

We are looking to join another family in a nanny share beginning in June. At that time, our baby boy will be 5 months old. Both my husband and I work from home and we have a small house so we are ideally looking for the other family to host the nanny or would like to drop off at the nanny's home. Here's an outline of important criteria to consider:
Days: 3-4 days per week Monday-Thursday
Start Date: Can be flexible / Ideally, June 1st

Nanny must have experience with infant care, show proof of infant CPR certification, current TDap and Covid vaccinations (and boosted). Space must be "baby friendly" safe, loving and clean home. We would like the nanny to work on appropriate development activities with our son and to be very comfortable spending time outside on nice days. Added plus, if you are bilingual (Spanish).
