We have two boys — a 3-year-old and a baby turning 1 in June. We value a play-based, nature-forward approach to early childhood and are looking for someone who genuinely loves this age and stage. Our nanny will primarily care for our infant at home. On days our toddler isn’t in preschool, you’ll care for both boys together.
What we’re looking for:
• Genuine experience with infants and young toddlers
• Warm, patient, and nurturing — someone who becomes part of our family
• Comfortable with a play-based, nature-inspired approach
• CPR certified or willing to obtain before start date
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Non-smoker
• Strong references from previous families
What we offer:
• Full-time Monday–Friday guaranteed hours
• Competitive pay based on experience
• A respectful, communicative family who truly values their nanny
• A warm home environment with two delightful little boys
Start date: Early July 2026
Location: Marion, Iowa (near Cedar Rapids)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Initial interviews will be conducted via video call. References required prior to hire. Please include your experience with infants and toddlers and your hourly rate when reaching out.
