Possibly looking for someone to come in 1-2 times a week for a few hours just to give their mom a break. Because they were born so early, our soon to be 5 month olds only have an adjusted age of 2.5 months. Still eating every three hours and with their being two of them, it really leaves us little time to get things done.
If hired, it would start with assisting while my wife is home with you with the hope of eventually being comfortable enough to leave you with the kids occasionally!
