We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and highly experienced nanny to care for our three boys, ages 5, 6, and 8. Our children are spirited and face some emotional and behavioral challenges, so we are looking for someone with a strong background in working with children who have similar needs.
Key qualities and requirements:
Extensive experience with children who have behavioral or emotional challenges.
Calm, nurturing demeanor with excellent conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to create a structured and positive environment.
Knowledge of child development and techniques for emotional regulation.
Flexibility and creativity to engage the children in meaningful activities.
We value a caregiver who can provide stability and consistency while fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for our boys to thrive. Hours will be 4-8 pm, 3 days biweekly. If this sounds like a position you'd like, we’d love to connect!

We are expecting a part time schedule Mon-Fri 9 AM - 2/3 PM (open to adjusting the schedule if needed); and possible for the occasional Saturday visit.
We have three Mini-Huskies; that will need basic care throughout the week (feed and water), which shouldn't be a major task. Specifics for help are expected to include laundry, dishes, etc.

Our ideal nanny will be responsible for preparing meals for our children, utilizing healthy ingredients and catering to any dietary restrictions if necessary. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previous experience with special needs children, as our family values an inclusive and understanding environment.
The nanny must own a reliable mode of transportation, preferably a car, to safely transport the children to and from school and other activities. A valid driver’s license is a requirement for this position. As the safety and wellbeing of our children are of utmost concern, we require our nanny to have up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
Hourly Rate: $16.00
Estimated Hours per Week: 40
