A little bit about us
This would be for our fun and energetic 2.5 year old son and our snuggly, happy 6 month old daughter.
We need someone who will take the kids OUT. Get in the outdoors, take them to library reading time, tumble time etc. We don't want our kids in the house the whole time. We want them to have fun and explore and create.
We need someone who is organized-- who will keep the kids messes picked up and also be organized with both their schedules. We have had sitters and Nannie's who regularly forget to feed our kids 🫣 this can't happen.
Please reach out if this seems like a good fit for you!
To be noted- We do have a very gentle medium sized shedding dog. So if you're afraid of or allergic to dogs, this would not be a good fit for you.

Here is a sample schedule!
for 3-year-old & 10-month-old, 4 or 5 mornings per week. (Flexible on specific days and to which time option would work best)
Option 1: 9:30am – 11:30am (2 hours)
• 9:30 – 9:45 welcoming kids. Helping them feel comfortable with you in the house. Light household help while I finish getting ready: tidy breakfast area, load/unload dishwasher, quick kid-room reset, or start a small load of laundry.
• [phone number hidden] Full focus on the children once I leave. You may have both kids or primarily the 3-year-old if the baby is already napping. Help settle the baby for his nap if needed.
• [phone number hidden] Lead one meaningful, age-appropriate educational or enrichment activity with the 3-year-old.
• [phone number hidden] I return home. You can either continue supervising while I transition back in or help alongside me until 11:30.
Option 2: 8:30am– 10:30 AM (2 hours)
Same structure, just shifted earlier:
• 8:30–8:45: Light help with breakfast cleanup / morning routine
• 8:45 onward: Full childcare once I leave
• [phone number hidden]: Main educational activity
• [phone number hidden]: Transition when I return
Mornings are very slow for us so the kids energy’s are always really regulated and enjoyable in these hours haha. It’s a short window of the day so it will be quick but I hope impactful for building a connection especially for longer hours of weekend sitting!
