We are a busy family of 5 in the Holladay/Cottonwood area looking for a warm, reliable, and proactive person to join our team!
This is a hybrid role — part mother’s helper, part personal assistant — perfect for someone who is organized, loves kids, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is not your typical babysitting job. You’ll be helping run a busy household and supporting a working mom who wears a lot of hats. Some days that looks like school pickups and activity runs. Other days it might mean helping with errands, light household tasks, or administrative support.
ABOUT OUR FAMILY:
We have three kids — a 5th grader, a 1st grader, and a Pre-K girl. Our kids are sweet, active, and busy! Our afternoons are full of soccer, dance, gymnastics and more.
WHAT WE NEED:
• Monday–Friday afternoons approx. 3–7 PM (flexibility is a plus!)
• School pickups at two schools (3:15 & 3:20 PM)
• Driving kids to after school activities
• Light household tasks (tidying, errands, grocery runs)
• Occasional administrative support (scheduling, research, communications)
• Flexibility for occasional mornings, evenings or weekends as needed
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle — required
• Organized, proactive and a great communicator
• Comfortable juggling multiple kids and tasks simultaneously
• Experience with children and/or administrative work
• Trustworthy, punctual and takes initiative
• CPR certified a plus
• References required
This is a part time position with consistent hours, competitive pay based on experience, and a warm, loving family environment. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the team long term!

We would like someone that has their own reliable transportation, does not smoke and is comfortable with pets. We have an elderly sweet dog and two cuddly cats. We would like someone that is comfortable heating up meals for the girls and helping get them cleaned up after meals. Im a single dad, lonely parenting by myself. My kids could use some social input. I could use some help so i can get special time with each. You've got to be able to join my 4 year old in play or she wont warm up. Really thats what i need…someone who we can all get to know and join in our routines. Ill be with the whole time.
4 year old girl. Sensitive. Timid with new things and strangers. Shes super fun and mostly sweet :)
15 month old. Coming into herself. Naps short before lunch still. Long in the afternoons. Amazingly cute and sweet. Starting some words. Pretty easy kid.
Right now, im thinking wednesdays from 12-3 (maybe 9-3). And every other friday, saturday (similiar times). I need someone who can be consistent for them for at least 6 months, ideally a year. And maybe more days when my parent time expands. They’ve had a big change with parents separation .
