My children are homeschooled but would be done with schooling by the time you would be there. Essentially we just need someone to come hang out and play with the kids until I get home. They are fun energetic kids but are just too young to be left alone.
My oldest (M) is a gamer at heart and will talk your ear off about video games if you let him. He is insanely creative and loves drawing and building things out of legos.
My youngest (F) is one of the most kind hearted kids I know. She loves playing with her dolls and taking care of her stuffed animals like pets. Like her brother she loves to draw.
We also have a German Shepard mix but he would not require any extra care. If he has to go to the bathroom it is my eldest's job to let him in and out.
If you want to do a little light housekeeping that would be great. However, it is not expected from you.
