A little bit about me
I have experience caring for children of all ages for over 35 years. I am a mother, grandmother, nanny, and preschool teacher. I also have experience with children in church settings and on international mission trips. Most recently, my experience has been with twins, infants, and assisting in a licensed home preschool.
I am healthy & love interacting with children. I love to guide children in experiential learning through art, cooking, earth science, music, outdoor activities and reading. I enjoy being with children and consider it a privilege to positively impact their lives. I will play with your children, take them for walks or to the park, cook, and do arts & crafts.
I am punctual, dependable, truthful, honest, loving, gentle and kind. I am CPR/first aid certified. I have a perfect driving record, and current references. In addition, I welcome and encourage any background checks.
I have been married for 31 years to a wonderful man. We have 6 children and 11 grandchildren. I love spending time outside walking, hiking, and biking. I love to read and do crafting with my daughter & granddaughters.
I would love to talk to you about your family’s child care needs and discover if I’d be a good fit for your family. Thank you for your consideration.

A little bit about me
Extensive knowledge with breast and bottle-feeding, milk storage, burping, bathing, diapering, swaddling, newborn positioning, sleep hygiene, and a host of newborn comfort measures. Safety is always paramount when caring for your baby.
I’ve always loved babies, and very passionate regarding their care and well-being. Most of my experience has been with my family and friends, my paid experience has been within the hospital environment. Over the years, politics and the introduction of computers has had a significant impact on patient care. Today, nurses spend less time at the bedside, and more time in front of the computer charting. I love the hands on care and primarily my reasoning for becoming a nurse. I’m new to the Nanny/Caretaker Role outside of the hospital environment; however, the same principles, practices, and values I continue to apply. It would give me great pleasure to have the opportunity to share my knowledge, experience and skill with you and your family.
