Hello my name is Kayla but I prefer to go by Kay, and I am 30 years old. I started taking care of kids at a very young age as my parents fostered 50 kids (including special needs) and adopted 6 alongside having 4 of their own. The age between the oldest and youngest ranged from 6 months old to 26 and I was 6th from the youngest so held a lot of responsibility helping take care of my younger siblings.
