I'm originally from Florida and moved to New York in 2012 to attend Columbia University. While in school, I majored in psychology with a focus on early childhood development and educational psychology. I have 9 months of experience as a daycare/preschool teacher where I worked with children from six months to five years (with most time spent in the 6-24 month classroom). I also taught a semester of first grade science in a NYC public school. I currently work M-F as a legal assistant and am looking for babysitting or part time nanny opportunities for weekday evenings and/or weekend days/evenings.

I have been taking care of children since I was a child. I am the eldest of two girls and come from a large, very close, family. On one side I am the eldest girl of 20 cousins and have always been responsible for caring for those younger than me.

I have years of childcare experience. When I was 12 I started babysitting and I have continued babysitting, part-time and full-time nanny work since then.
