Hi there! My name is Ashley, throughout my years of working experience, the children have always made it full of joy! From working at summer camps to lifeguarding for children, there has never been a day that was not full of smiles. I believe every child should feel fully safe/protected by any childcare provider while also having a blast. Additionally, I make it a priority for every child I encounter to feel that their voice matters and is heard. I believe this is something that is lacking greatly in the childcare community. After lifeguarding for children for about 3 years and forming so many beautiful connections, I realized it was those interactions that made my role feel less like a job and more like a bonding experience with the children.
